Right as the drop hit you drew a tiny star on the back of my hand with eyeliner, and a second later the crowd swallowed you whole. Silver glitter along your cheekbones, a green mesh top, and we'd been dancing together for what felt like hours. I know it was a year ago. I still catch myself tracing where the star was.
